Original Description:

Very rare Bristol porcelain manufacture unglazed plaque of george the 3rd c1775. Bristol was one of the few factories if any of the english manufacture that done plaque of this nature in white during the 18th century. This rare example is offered in excellent condition with just a few firing imperfections as one would expect with an item of this date and nature. The wooden frame does have some damage as shown. The back has been taped up so the plaque does not fall out and break. Th...is is a impressive plaque of a large size measuring 7.7'' inches from top to bottom and 6.4'' inches at widest.
