OLD French Swiss AUTOMATONTower BELL Desk CLOCK w/Stone BASEKEEP IN MIND WHENBIDDING THAT THIS ITEM HAS NO RESERVE !!! DESCRIPTION :This auction is for a neat old miniature scene automatonclock.  This neat old scene is of aEuropean bell tower up close with the Alps inthe background.  The tower has an openingwhere you can see the bell automaton.  Thedial is actually the side of the tower.  Thecase is actually gold wash brass/metal. It is mounted on a fancy stone... base. The case for this watch is round with blue trim possibly paint orenamel.  This is actually in very good conditionwith some scuffs, scratches, and wear to the gold finish.  There is a missing knob on the back andmissing a ring.  Sadly the clock does notwork.  I am unsure of what is wrong withit as it doesn’t tick.  When shaken thebell moves back and fourth so….  Since Icannot get it to work it is being sold AS-IS. If I had to guess I would say it was from the 1940s or 1950s.  You decide for sure.  It is OLD and ORIGINAL for sure.  IMPORTANT BUSINESS:ILLINOIS RESIDENTS MUST ADD 8.25% SALES TAX orPROVIDE a VALID IL TAX RESALE NUMBER ! ALL ITEMS SELLING FOR MORE THAN $200.00 WILL HAVE TO HAVE MANDATORYSHIPPING INSURANCE.  PLEASE DO NOT PAYUNTIL I HAVE INVOICED YOU DIRECTLY WITH EXACT TOTALS.Do notforget to check out my other auctions as I will be listing many more antiquesand collectibles items including more sterling, spoons, toys, watches, military, worlds fair, jewelry and much more. Most will start out at just .99 cents and have NO RESERVE !!!  I will combine shipping to save you money oncompatible items.
