This is a 1936 Phillips officer's saddle in superb condition (see pictures and feel free to ask for more). I have owned several Phillips saddes in the course of my collecting career -- this is the best I have seen. It is also complete with bags, pouched, original arsenal-made stirrups and leathers, the rare cantle shelf, and the correct mohair girth. It took me hers of looking, buying and treading to assemble this museum-worthy artifact set. here are the details...:
