Superb condition. Restored.
Super Rare Antique Stanley Bedrock Plane No. 604-1/2 Type 8 (circa 1927-1930) no markings on bed (only 604-1/2 & 604-1/2C have been found to have no markings) with smooth sole/bottom, Flat-Top sides, with full length iron blade
Jumbo size, wide body and heavier plane Length 10", Width 2-3/4", iron blade Width 2-3/8" weighs 4-3/4 lbs.
Japanning redone (with 8 coats), sole and sides of the body lapped and squared, iron blade honed and ...sharpened with Japanese water stones.
