3. You get a check! RARE 1873 Ulysses S Grant Presidential Inaugural Ball Invitation With Envelope This listing is for a very rare Ulysses S. Grant Inauguracion Ball Invitation from March 4, 1873. It is an original invitation, not a reprint or reproduction, and comes in the original envelope with the GW (Grant.../Wilson) logo on the back. The invitation measures just shy of 8" x 10" inches when unfolded. It is in excellent condition, especially for being nearly 150 years old! The envelope, addressed to Mrs. F.A. Brantigan, is in good condition with some tape repairs to the top edge. Please see the detailed photos below and contact us with any questions before bidding.
