Rare Vintage 24 Inch Composite Doll With Teeth (EFFANBEE?)

You are looking at a rare 24 inch composite doll with teeth. This doll is very old. I bought a massive doll collection at an estate sale and don’t know much about them. I will be listing them over the next couple months. From what I have found on eBay, I think this might be an EFFANBEE doll. I can’t be sure though, because the only marking is an “M” on the back of the neck. This doll has some normal wear for being so old. It is made of part cloth and part composite type materia...l. The cloth is kind of dirty, and has some stains. The composite is chipping in a few spots and is cracked by the mouth. All in all this is still in pretty good condition for the age, and is an awesome piece for a collector.
