This is an AMT ERTL 1:25 scale model of a Peterbilt Wrecker Tow Truck Vintage 1980's Kit #8126.
The box for this kit has been opened, and the box is sort of warped, but the kit contains all parts still in their factory baggies.
The kit also has all plans and decals, although the decals have a stain which shows on the back of the decal sheet (See last photo).
