O Scale 2-RAIL BRASS NJ Custom Brass BI POLAR Class EP-2 ElectricPAINTEDGorgeous Model. Tested for run. Runs some times, Brake shoes needs to be adjusted and alignment. Panto-graphs need little fixing. Bell bracket needs to be fixed on one end for one of the bell. All parts are there. Comes with extra decals and road numbers. Original box and foam.  Box has good storage wear. Unit is little dusty due to shelve wear.
