Up for auction is one (1) Brand New Mezco One:12th Collective Marvel The Punisher (Fully Loaded Edition) Previews Exclusive 6in Action Figure. This figure is an AUTHENTIC product that was purchased and shipped to me directly from the vendor/manufacturer. I am the sole original owner of this item.—As a collector who owns/has owned just about every Punisher figure ever made, regardless of scale or manufacturer, in my opinion, this Fully Loaded Castle is single-handedly... the greatest Punisher action figure ever made.
Condition:
Figure is Brand New and is Mint In Sealed Mint Box (MISMB). Figure has never been removed from package and the box has been handled/stored with care. This figure has been safely kept and stored in a climate controlled, smoke-free home. Point being is if you choose to open the figures box, you will be the first person to personally handle the figure and contents within the package.
*** If you are particular about the exact condition of the figures box/package, that’s totally cool (trust me, I get it!) but please reach out to me ahead of time so I can provide you even further clarification and/or photos if you need them. Most of the Mezco 1:12 figures I have available for sale are still wrapped in their clear outer plastic bag so getting super clean up close photos of the box itself is a little tricky but I can assure you that if I spot a dent or damage or any noticeable defect with the package of any kind, I will explicitly state it as such within this item description and will also provide a photo.
Photos:
The photos provided are of the exact figure/item you will receive. The very last photo provided however is a stock photo pulled from the internet or directly from Mezco’s site, so that you can get a clear look at the figure and the contents within the box. However, as many collectors know, do to the nature of “stock” photos and the fact that they are usually taken well before the figure actually gets released (including stock photos from Mezco’s own site), the exact look of the figure and/or contents of box may slightly vary/differ from the actual figure and accessories included in the final package.
Listing Price/Starting Bid:
Each Mezco 1:12 figure I have listed for sale was purchased at the initial MSRP of between $80-$130, depending on the figure. The listing price/starting bid for all figures will be $39.99, a minimum of at least 50% off MSRP.
Shipping & Packaging:
I only ship within the United States (US).
All figures will be sent in a Priority Flat Rate box and the figures will be packaged with the utmost care as I am a seasoned and avid collector who also cares greatly about action figure package condition. Sans the post office going full blown Ace Ventura with your box, your figure will arrive safe and secure! I do not seek to make a profit from the shipping charge associated with my auctions and to that end, you will be paying much less than the actual shipping charge that it will cost me to ship this item to you.
*** Combined Shipping ***If you happen to win multiple Mezco 1:12 auctions/figures, then shipping in a Priority Flat Rate Box will no longer be an option due to the rather large size of Mezco 1:12 boxes (the exclusive figures usually have smaller boxes however). In this case, I will have to use a larger, non-flat rate box and I will provide multiple shipping options for you at checkout. I will be weighing the box and charging you exactly what it cost to ship, minus a “multiple items won” discount that I will apply as a courtesy. To that end, if you happen to win multiple auctions from me, please do not pay for the figures right away and simply wait for me to send you an invoice with the correct total and shipping cost.
I will ship your item(s) within 24-48 hours of cleared payment.
Payment:
I only accept payment through PayPal via a verified PayPal account and payment must be received within 72 hours (3 days) of winning the auction. If you are unable to pay within 72 hours of auction closing, please message me in advance. If I have not received payment nor a message from you within 72 hours of auction closing, the auction will be canceled, the item will be re-listed and I will open up and report an Buyer Unpaid Item Claim on your account through eBay.

In total, the collection is over 40 figures and contains plenty of exclusives. From what I could see, this is the largest collection of unopened/brand new Mezco One:12 figures being offered from a single private seller/collector on EBay.

About Me:

I am a veteran collector with an expansive collection consisting of many different figure lines/brands. However, as any long time collector can attest too, sometimes you just need to scale back and/or re-prioritize your collection and me selling my current Mezco 1:12 collection is just that, an act of downsizing and restructuring my collection.
