After seven days you can open a claim and upload pictures to make the claim process much faster and resolve within 48 hours. All outgoing packages will be documented with the pictures of the current state along with pictures of the packing process, and a picture of the finale packing. If the item does arrive damaged please keep ORIGINAL packing materials and document for claims purposes.
I do not ship any media (DVDs/CDs/Blu Rays/Graphic Novels) or collectables to PO Box addresses I will need a physical address in order to ship to.
Payment is expected within 3 days of winning or purchasing an item (unless previously arranged). An unpaid case is automatically opened after 5 days.
