Original Description:
Up for auction are not 1 but 4 hand thrown steins all marked "hand made WACO" Two have damages.One has a small flake on the lip, the other has a chip and crack on lower connection of handle. A third, in my opinion not damaged, but some roughage around the base where the dripped glaze was ground off (see photos for all condition concerns. Being hand made there are color variations, bubbles and spots - all in the manufacture.They measure between 4 1/4" and 4 3/8" tall and approximately 3... 1/2" at widest. From what I have read Waco EB Stone pottery was opperational for a short period of time 20's to early forties so Waco is hard to find a set of four - a rare opportunity to the collector.
