Original Description:
This is a very fine Antique Edwardian Chinese Embroidered Canton or Piano Shawl .It is very large , 107"  square incl. fringe .  Heavily embroidered the entire field is afloral display with brilliant rasberry colored peonies and lilac colored roses and blue flowers . The field still retains its silk sheen , the fringe is good , it is not knotted. In very goodcondition , their was two tiny marks approx. 1/4"  .  You'll be pleased with this asthis is  high q...uality shawl from the period  and colorful indeed .
