I picked this piece up over on one of the San Juan Islands here in Washington State. The older gentlemen came from a generational logging / lumber / sawmill family, and when the mill he worked at eventually closed, he and his son grabbed many pieces of history, most of which are gone now; Either sold, given to friends/family, I think he said some pieces are in a museum, etc... I was lucky to be in the right place at the right time to get this big old piece off his hands and take it home.
Overall an excellent piece of logging, sawmill, or chainsaw history. Here in the PNW there is a rich history of logging with our huge expansive forests. This possibly could make for an outstanding display piece for a collector or museum, decor for a restaurant or bar, or maybe hook this badboy up and take it for a ride!
Due to the size of this piece, packing and shipping via UPS or FedEx is not an option. I will be using the Uship website to find blanket wrap shipping quotes, and you can do the same if you like. It is very easy to use. This piece is located in Lynnwood, WA, 98036.I would guess this piece weighs around 60lbs give or take.
Please note that with the wood crating being so old, and this piece being fairly awkward and heavy to move, that there is the possibility that the wood could break off again when it is moved. I saved the wood from the last break off, in case you would like to try to re-attach it another time... Just let me know if you want it after the sale! I will do my very best to not break it though. Also note that I am not an expert in this area of collecting so if you have any questions please ask before buying, and please view all of the photos carefully.

On Jul-20-19 at 15:47:40 PDT, seller added the following information:*** UPDATE *** Thank's to another friendly member in the eBay community, I was informed after doing a "Nickel Test" on the bar, that the gauge of this piece is .120. They also told me that this bar was engineered to fit a Titan but it can be made to fit a Mercury or the biggest I.E.Ls. And lastly they told me that Oregon 12 chain will fit this bar.
