This is such a great 1920's piece. It was made in Japan after 1921 and before 1930. Th box is made from porcelain in the shape of a young girl with a hoop skirt. The girl is wearing a cute blue hat with wings on the sides, has a sea... foam and yellow lustered dress with black outlining accents. Here face is very sweet and she has red hair.
The box measures 6 1/4" high, is 2" high to bottom rim and is 4 1/2" in diameter. This piece is in Super Condition with no chips, cracks or crazing. There is some wear to the yellow luster part of the skirt, but everything else is still thick and bright.
There is a light-ish wear pattern on the underside.
