Lippers (1688). 4to, 19 x 16 cm [ 30], 632 pp., A poor copy of the VERY RAR...E FIRST GERMAN EDITION. Lacking frontispice and only 4 of 11 plates present (one with half loss), other with some loss, title page heavily chipped and detached, some other pages chipped and detaching, last leaf with lower 1/3 loss, some general browning and stains. Disbound with only rear vellum board present and spice perished, Still, despite these serious condition issues, it is an important book and a rarity.
