Apple II 2 Video Overlay Card, Sealed NIB. Apple IIgs graphics on your IIe! What?
OK, this card is bonkers. The description makes it seem like some boring VCR graphics overlay thing. Which it is but...when you put it in your Apple IIe, you get the full video subsystem of the IIgs. That means the IIgs graphics softswitches work and you can use Super Hires modes. What on earth. It's an amazing bit of hardware that came a bit too late in the Apple IIe's lifespan to ever get much tr...action.
Anyway, it's still sealed in the original shrink wrap. There are a few minor nicks here and there - see the pictures for more detail.

Write a IIe game that uses IIgs graphics modes. Put a 65C816 in your IIe alongside this card and pretend you have a real IIgs-upgraded IIe.
