Signed Limited Edition, 1 of only 325 copies printed on vellum paper, this is number 57. 525 copies were also printed on hand-made paper. Top edge gilt. One hundred and ten numbered pages, approx 11.5" x 9.5". Frontispiece in colour mounted on cream paper, three double-page illustrations that are silhouette drawings with colour, one single page silhouette drawing with colour, thirteen full-page sillouette drawings, and thirty-six silhouette drawings in the text in black & white. There is an extra colour plate in this edition that is not in the trade editions. Beautifully signed by Arthur Rackham on the limitation page. Covers are a bit rubbed/scuffed/marked Very tightly bound, page are very bright, pages nicely age toned, little or no foxing, no inscriptions. Even with the scuffing etc of the covers, this is a beautiful Arthur Rackham Signed Limited Edition, made even more desireable by being one of the extremely rare Japanese Vellum paper copies.
