Includes the power supply, and tv hookups. Unfortunately, the documentation and manuals are missing from the box. But all original foam and plastic packaging are there. I included an adapter that goes from the rabbit-ears type hookup to a standard cable coax connector for semi-modern tv's.
This unit has never been used. Only opened and connected it up to be sure it works!Tried a couple modes, and it works great!
