Number 112 of 1, 000 copies printed on Japanese Vellum. Sixteen Octavo volumes. First two volumes with frontispieces hand-colored and heightened in gilt, all other frontispieces in two states, one hand-colored, other illustrations in two states. Portrait of Strickland in two states, one hand-colored in volume I. All with descriptive tissue guards. Title pages printed in red and black. Publisher's lovely binding of full red Levant morocco, covers ruled... in gilt and paneled in gilt in four lines, gilt floral corner pieces, spines ruled, tooled and lettered in gilt in compartments, five raised bands, top edge gilt, others uncut, gilt-ruled turn-ins with gilt floral corner pieces, green morocco doublures with gilt central crest, green silk liners. Shipping costs includes Insurance. I just do not see any flaws. This will be a great collection for a true collector of fine books.
