From my personal collection, purchased new, in service until I upgraded to a SoundBlaster.
Used condition, removed from equipment and placed back in original box, not tested, but was working back in the mid-1990s.
Origina...l owner. All in Very Good condition. Original outer and inner boxes, Ad Lib Board (1990), user guide, 5-1/4" and 3-1/2" software disks (v 1.64), warranty registration card, coupon for half-price MIDI kit, Gold Rush discount order form for Ad Lib Gold and other products, foam insert, letter from the President of Ad Lib, and Ad Lib catalog.
