This looks to be a full roll of Western Electric Switchboard Wire, I can’t make out the descriptions due to age and fading, but it looks like it might be 22 ga. It looks like it is 6 bare wires twisted together with a black rubber coating on them and then a light tan woven silk on the outside. The best I can tell it is dated May 1944. It looks like maybe a 1000 ft. roll. It weighs 9 lbs. 2 oz.
