Blair Camera Company. Made around 1895 as the Improved Model, this camera underwent a major restoration - the Viewfinders were fitted with new mirrors, the carry handle was remade by a saddlemaker using the original as a pattern. You will see from the pictures it is in wonderful condition and it could soon become a star in any collection.  There are at least three others on ebay at the moment, none of which are in the same league as this one.
