Up for bid is one of the cooler items I've run across this spring. This is a booklet from the 50th Anniversary of the Theta Delta Chi fraternity, held in New York back in 1898. The first few pages inside have details on the event, the menu and several pages listing the "Flow of Soul", officers, etc. Then the last 8 pages are completely filled with member signatures, including the initiation date and chapter. I see the first one here was from the Alpha chapter 18...49, so he would have been one of the first guys in. Probably a hundred signatures in all (I didn't get pix of each signature page)! The booklet is in good shape, with some staining on both covers and the spine has come loose. The string binding is still very tight and holding everything together. Has a cool fraternity flag on the back side as well. It measures 6 1/2" tall. A very nice addition to your TDX or vintage fraternity / sorority collection!
