16mm Original Home Movie Lab Print1956 CARRIBEAN KODACHROME RARE FOOTAGE We uncovered some awesome Kodachrome reels in the vault that we are rolling out up for bid... so here is one of these reels... it is of home movies from the mid 1950's of the Carribean Islands... I don't know of it's origins or exactly where this was being taken... but we do think it is pretty awesome... filmed by a steady hand of a great cameraman w...ith a great camera... the city streets, markets, bikinis on the beach, planes at the airport, ocean, boats, bridges, people of the time.... a window into the past... shown all in glorious unfadable Kodachrome... and according to the Kodak film codes it is indeed 1956... quite possibly THE only print in the entire world probably... to our knowledge has NEVER been professionally transferred and would be great for you stock footage guys... don't let this one pass you by... Not many of these EVER turn up so good luck and happy bidding... This would make an EXCELLENT addition to any film fan's collection... About the print: color silent film... about 2 minues 45 seconds long... mounted on a core... NO vinegar smell and is NOT nitrate!Condition: great... The film runs beautifully... color is absolutely GORGEOUS... this is SILENT... sold AS-IS!!!!
