This listing is for a vintage Bucilla #2553 Floral Bouquet Appliqué quilt made from a kit. The design features a bouquet of flowers on a white background in the center of the quilt. The center panel is surrounded by peach rectangles and there are white squares in the corners of the quilt with more flowers appliqued on them. The appliqué was executed using a button-hole stitch and matching thread. There are embroidered accents giving the appliqués detail... and dimension. The quilting was done by hand. The batting is thin and the backing is a peach floral print. The quilt is bound in green. It measures approximately 75” X 92”.
