This beautiful piece is completely Hand woven with wools and silks In very sought after colors. There is a very pretty pair of large Birds in a verdure woodland setting with a water backdrop and a small chateau in the distance among beautiful large trees with loads and loads of different foliage throughout the entire piece with amazingly details workmanship.This Hu...ndreds Of years old wall hanging is in ready to hang with 3 round brass hooks sewn on the back top and has a heavy woven homespun linen backing that you can see under ...you can truly see the amazing workmanship that went into the amazing piece ..please refer to the pictures . This piece measures 16 by 90 inches and in my opinion ...is in pretty great condition for its age with no holes or tears that I see and honestly minimal wear ...it is estate fresh from a wonderful well cared for home with many other amazing things ...and has a exquisite gently time worn look that only centuries of age can achieve.
