Set of (12) fine antique handmade creamy Italian linen and Point de Venise lace placemats. Linen centers, with slender drawnwork accents. Trimmed with lavish Point de Venise lace all around, featuring cameos of fl...owers, scrolls, foliate, and delicate mosaic fills. Apx 16 1/2" X 11". From a huge lot of estate linens we recently acquired, these are offered as found (we have not laundered). Please note several of the placemats have small storage spots (see close-ups) ~ otherwise very good condition .. no holes or damage. A wonderful vintage trousseau treasure, carefully stored for decades. Enlarge photos for detail.
