Vintage Stoneware 3 Gallon Crock w/Salt Glaze & Blue Cobalt Flower. This crock measures approximately 11” in height, and is shaped quite differently from the average crock. With its blue cobalt flower design, salt glaze, and its markings with the number 3, along with the makers name, C. Hart SHERBURNE, makes this piece quite unique. Between the makers name and the number 3, there is an etched groove that goes all the way around the top, and measures approximately 1 5/8“ down. It do...es have a very small hairline crack on the top above the right hand handle, but it does not appear to go all the way through, and there is also a couple hairline cracks in the bottom, which none of these cracks appear to leak after having filled the jug with water.
