RARE 17th CENTURY ITALIAN LINEN CUTWORK DRAWN THREAD EMBROIDERY 367 ... Click images to enlarge Description This is a beautiful little piece of 17th century or possibly early 18th cutwork/drawn thread embroidery/lace made from hand loomed linen in a design typical of the period. It is in very good condition.
It was most likely once part of an altar cloth or something similar. It measures about 24.5" by 11.25" or 62 cm by 28.5 cm., thank you for looking.
