Up for auction is a RARE LARGE EMILE GALLE CHERRY BLOSSUM ACID ETCHED CAMEO GLASS BOX DRESSER JAR. A very unique and beautiful example finished in a nice Cherry Blossom pattern with vibrant red and yellow glass colors. The decor is finely detailed and surrounds the entire lid and base. The jar has a nice form and is an impressive large size. Both pieces are marked “30” as well, which I am told would have been done when made to ensure the original lid stays with the proper base.
Condition: Light wear to base consistent with antique age. Otherwise in very fine condition with no chips or cracks, and no repairs. We have also checked the jar under UV light to ensure no hidden damage.
Size: 6 inches wide, by 2 1/2 inches tall.
