Neat antique Raggedy Ann. I believe she was made by the P.F. Volland company in 1918 or 1919. She is a so called cottage doll as she is handmade. Her face is painted. She has shoe button eyes. Black boots which point to the side, and red and white painted socks. Her face is hand painted. She is played with and has some wear to the face and fading to the socks. I think the bloomers are old replacements. The dress is original and I think the apro...n is original but unsure. She comes with the bock, The Paper Dragon by Johnny Gruelle and published in 1926 by the Volland Co. The cover is missing some of the print and has overall wear. This is a fairly valuable doll and if there is no interest shown right off, then I may cancel the auction.
