$10, $20 And Rare $100 Series 1914 Federal Reserve Notes

Item History & Price

Information:
Reference Number: Avaluer:682690
Original Description:
For sale here is a partial denomination set of Series 1914 Federal  Reserve Notes. The $10 and the $20 are both nice looking notes with good paper body and no staisn writing or tears. The $100 is a step lower in grade but it is no rag. There is a little erosion of the paper along the edges and some light toning but no tears or stains It is a nice little set which had considerable spending power during the early 20th Century, when they were printed. I heard recently that the ...first US passenger air service started in 1914 and cost $5 for a one-way ticket. This set would buy you 26 of them!  This interesting set of blue seal Federal Reserve Notes is for sale without reserve.
