This rare 35mm horror film was released in the year 1973 and is now considered a cult classic. This horror film had 2 different names:Flesh For Frankenstein and Andy Warhol's Frankenstein. This film print is in good condition. There are a few splices in each reel but they are not that noticeable. The only section of this film that is less then good is the first 5 or so minutes of ...the first reel. That 5 minute section is splicy and has numerous edge repairs in it.This film is 100% printed on Fujicolor film stock. This film has NO warping and NO vinegar smell. The colors of this Fujicolor film print are okay as you can see by looking at the film frame images at the top of this auction page. Here is a brief description of this film from IMDB:A blend of rich Gothic atmosphere, grotesque artsy imagery, unvarnished sleaze and excessive gore and wonderfully black humor, "Flesh For Frankenstein" is both a tribute to- and satire of earlier Horror greats. At the time of its release, the film was highly controversial for its depiction of sex and gore and even received an X-Rating in the US: No wonder, as this unspeakably morbid little gem features all kinds of demented scenes including explicit perversions, such as necrophilia, all containing a very VERY morbid sense of humor.
I took some digital pictures of the actual 35mm film frame images and you can see them above. By the way- my digital camera was malfunctioning and my camera put a Yellowish tint to some of the pictures I took. These 5 reels of 35mm film will weigh about 55 pounds in the shipping box, so ground postage in the Continental USA will be $30.83 - by US Mail- 4th class media rate. I will only ship to the USA and Canada.Shipping to Canada will have to be by either UPS ground or Fed Ex ground and that will be fairly expensive.
