#26  with a Racine, WISC DLC (Has an inverted 1861) and circular grid  cancel  on a red and blue patriotic with a large flag "CAMP UTLEY".     Underneath there is patriotic advertising for S.B. Steers Bookseller. This design is W815, a very scarce camp design. The cover is clean and in Fine condition. Please note that I am not a dealer but I do the best I can to accurately describe the item.
