Beautiful Antique Presentation Bowie Knife Etched "3rd CS Cav. Louisiana 1862" other side with owner initials D.W.R. and maker's mark "Cook & Brothers, New Orleans". Very good condition with heavy patina to the blade and one old split stress marks to the grip just under the beautiful carvved horse head. In its original presentation box also in very good condition. Blade and hilt are tight. Beautiful large knife.
