My apologies to those that were following this auction before I canceled the earlier version. I felt not having the correct title ie. John Penn instead of JOHN HANCOCK was significant enough to re list. William Bratton was given rank of army captain in the 7th Pennsylvania Regiment by the 2nd Congress of the US. Signed by John Hancock President and Secretary Charles Thomson.
This document has obvious condition issues but most still legible and certain to hav...e interest. Frame is nicely done and ready to hang. Please take time to magnify the photos. They accurately represent this historic piece. Ask any questions prior to bidding.
