You are bidding on a VERY SWEET Custom "Daphne Blue" Vintage 60s / 70s Style DOUBLE BOUND Body with cream binding + BRAND NEW Fender Telecaster 50s/60s Reissue (RI) Vintage Bridge AND ‘flush’ vintage style through-body nickel string ferrules. INCLUDES EVERYTHING PICTURED! This solid Paulownia body has a very sexy and classic 60s/70s era custom finish - the factory finish is perfect. It was factory drilled for all the ‘old school’ vin...tage style Fender parts: Vintage style bridges, 50s or 60s spec pickguards, and every other genuine Fender® aftermarket part. Perfect for use with your Fender® Reissue, Allparts (standard 2 3/16th inch wide - "FAT" necks will need some work) or Warmoth neck… they all fit. An American US Reissue Tele Bridge lines up perfectly on this guitar over the though-body string ferrules, HOWEVER, this body will require some minor Dremel or careful minor filing by hand work to get the bridge pickup to fit as it’s not quite wide enough - it’s millimeters, but I wanted to be clear and honest in this listing. The solid paulownia wood is very light – this body comes in at 3.14 lbs. This wood gives you the big open semi-acoustic sound of pine with the sustain and warmth of Alder. PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE ARE REFELCTIONS IN MY AMATEUR PHOTOGRAPHY – THESE ARE NOT IMPERFETIONS IN THE FINISH! THANKS! The finish is a thin, super-hard urethane - NOT hazy polyester.
