Up for auction is this beautiful RARE 20 Pc Satin Finish Set RS PRUSSIA ~ Pedestal Bowl with Lid, 6 Pedestal Cups, 6 Saucers, 6 Plates with Roses ~ Red Wreath Mark.
The pieces are marked with the "RS Prussia" wreath mark except the saucers (see photos).
Pedestal Bowl with LidThe pedestal bowl stands 7 inches tall with the lid in place and it measures 9 inches from the outside of one... of the handles to the outside of the other handle.
6 PlatesThe plates measure 7 1/4 inches in diameter.
6 Pedestal CupsThe pedestal cups stand 3 5/8 inches tall and their bases measure 1 3/4 inches in diameter.
6 SaucersThe saucers measure 4 5/8 inches in diameter.
There are 2 saucers with damage - 1 has a hairline crack and the other one has a chip on the underside of the rim (see photo 12). One of the saucers has a chipped base rim that is not noticeable unless turned over completely and one of the plates has 2 tiny casting flaws (see photo 5).
All the rest of the pieces are in excellent condition with no nicks, chips, cracks, hairlines or repairs. There is slight gold loss on some of the pieces.
This is a rare gorgeous RS Prussia set!!
