This turn of the century brass bed by F. R. Co. It came from an old farmhouse in Vermont.It is in excellent condition. There is one dent in the footboard. See picture. And one of the brass bands has a small piece missing but it is below the mattress. It has the long heavy rails. Sizeis a full. You could shine it up but I personally think the patina makes it and shows its age.It also has soft cup bottoms so it won't scratch your floors. (There is a pi...cture of them.)I was told from the owner that he thought it was made in the late 1800's.
