RARELovely Nat.American/Indian/Carved Stone-Bird Effigy/Relic/Artifact/Arrowhead. This is a really nice item... it is a rare..unique...and beautiful. In my opinion this is an excellent high quality piece in comparison to some other bird effigies I have seen due to the carving being done so well it is undoubtedly a bird and obviously man made....NOTICE the hole for the eye...the overall body shape and how well proportioned it is...a clear beak and tail...and wing that is elevated or sti...ck out from the body as a real bird giving it dimension and a more realistic look...also adding to is high quality is the red colored stone used (what type of stone I can't say because my knowledge of stones and mineral types is very limited) but it makes this peice prettier than others ive seen with plain or drab dull colored stones. This item would be an exceptional addition to any collection of Native American artifacts and Relics.
