This is an extremely rare 5 piece cast iron set by Dent, circa 1905. Loco is no. 831 in CASTIRON FLOOR TRAINS, It is almost 7 inches long. Coaches are no. 1303, and appear in red , white, and blue original colors. All 5 pieces are structurally in excellent condition with no breaks or repairs. There is some patina, surface flash rust in spots, some norm...al wear to the paint....but overall the set gets an "A+" for being completely intact and free of cracks or repairs. Color still presents well and is actually pretty strong given its age! The blue coach hasone pair of wheels in red, an original factory error. Nice RARE set for a serious collection!
