When can I expect my order? All products will ship from our facility within 1-3 business days. products are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail with tracking number. All International orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Tracking numbers on international orders are to customs facility only. International orders carry a $5 handling fee. If there is any significant delay in shipment, you will be contacted promptly by one of our service representatives. If expidited service is required, we can make arangements to do so, but must be discussed BEFORE auction ends. What is the warranty? All products sold come with a 30 day replacement warranty, UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED IN THE LISTING. All warranty returns require an RMA number which you can request by calling or E-Mail us. Returned products must include all original packaging, documentation, and accessories. We will ship you a replacement item or issue a refund AFTER defective item is received by us. RMA returns are valid for 14 days after RMA number is issued. Customer is responsible for cost of shipping damaged product to us. New products under warranties covered by their respective manufacturer and are not covered by Pod Computers Inc.
