Boxed Amstrad CPC 6128 128k computer with very nice serviced disc drive

Original instruction book Rare Logitech 73-20F Mouse with interface/adapter (fully working and tested with Sim City *included Mouse has oxidation from light to plastics
Over £100 worth of software including:12 disks (8 original) , 4 for for formatting with my fav games o...n them Exolon , North Star, Rick Dangerous II & Elite! I have some Public Domain Disks with games and graphic demos as well by Face Hugger etc
Head Over Heels (very rare original Ocean disk with instructions (no box) * has newer label over the original and infinite live "poke" penned on the reverse)
Rare boxed SHOGUN (really great game and hard to find on disc)Sim City in case with instructions (works great with mouse, cost £40 when you can find on disc ; )Boxed Mini Office II (Working)2 x CPM operational disksLord of the Rings game 1 cassette (with book)a few disks full cool games and utilities
The computer has been striped cleaned and tested and is in great fully operational condition. ******************I even cleaned the keyboard membrane as you should! There is an affective tan-line on the keyboard keys when you look closely but hey it's a super clean computer, i'm just trying to manage expectation, oxidation is cased by light to particles in plastics.
The computer came form one careful non-smoking owner and was put away in the mid 90s This has been my main computer for 2 months only and it works great.
Disk drive is working and very stable and I tested on *all my game discs comes with monitor lead and PSU worth £30 - well worth the investment to have SCART and TV sound Inc.
Includes fully working OMEGA Data Programme Recorder with original Amstrad Tape Ear, Mic Jack lead form the 80s, not a cheap new one.
I will include 10 copes of Amstrad Action and some Amstrad Action tapes with games & programmes Please note the tape player has no clock counter so it's no good for compilation tapes but I will include at least 10 single loud tapes to get you up and running on both formats.
It took me many months and a lot of money on mistakes to get this great fully working set-up and days-upon-days of testing and cleaning etc
This really is wonderful bundle with a lot of software, and the original disks for these do not come cheap.
I can't say how happy having a fully working Amstrad 6128 has made me , there are so many great games and it's blown my mind re- approaching this computer after collecting 10 years ago and playing back in the day. I never knew until far later how advanced the games and graphics later developed for the Amstrad.
I bought a refurbished one from a great seller as a memory portal/nostalgia and got hooked on the quirky games and just had to get the disk drive version again.
This is a superb computer if you are into Amstrad gaming and has bought me months of joy at a difficult time.
Computer Condition Oxidation to keys to note; almost like a tan line, (think beige) , all keys and functions work as they should and the inner sound is all good, so nice little speaker - I like having that on as well as the sound from the T.V.
The casing is very good indeed, no cracks! only a few light surface scratches if you closer examine , the disc drive section is excellent (these are usually scratched so it's rare to see that section looking so nice - The computer has a lot going for it cosmetically with the inner integrity of all original parts - drive fully serviced and belt replaced -
Box is fair, few tape marks and scruffs and tear at the top flap which I will make neat with card coloured framing tape : )
The computer is all original (bar new belt) & has had no repairs, in fact I broke the paper warranty seal opening it to clean and service the drive so least you know it's not had old repair, & is super clean inside , no horror show when you open.
I followed the full disc drive service so cleaned the read-write head, greased the motor mech (worm screw), fitted a new belt and I cleaned the belt wheels before fitting so there is no residue or dirt inside the drive.
From a smoke and pet free home and everything has been cleaned with ethanol so will be sterile
Free U.K UPS courier shipping, I can get this to you for Xmas and post all Monday/Tuesday via UPS and you will get on the 23rd December; latest 24th : )
If you do not need the SCART LEAD and 12V PSU, for example if you have an Amstrad monitor?, I will deduct £30 as I am happy to have a spare PSU monitor lead
