I am unsure of how to test this, however I will do my best to answer any questions. I'm assuming item does not work because I don't have the expertise to test it. I am not the original owner and don't know what kind of functionality you will have if you do get it to work. This device is sold as defective, non-working for parts with no returns.There's some paint touch-ups from (possibly) a repair? Eyepiece and objective lens appear to be free of cracks and damage.
