Vintage COMMODORE PET, model 2001-8, clean
working condition unknown... but assume NOT. It is missing the fuse and holder in the rear, so could be a simple fix, ... but again--maybe NOT! Selling "as-is".
I am unable to open the box, but lifted the front and took a few photos. Send me a question and I'll reply with those photos if you wish to see them.
When powering on, nothing happens, no sound, no light.
--. Shipped with FEDEX GROUND.*** SELLING AS ...IS ***
Shipping is fixed and ONLY to CONTINENTAL U.S. (lower 48 states)(...or through Global shipping center--but at your RISK and extra expense. Thanks!!)
On Dec-28-20 at 07:33:24 PST, seller added the following information:One person has noted, and I think may be right... (looking at 4th photo)
I think I may have discovered the cause of the hinge not opening properly; the metal with the rivets on it looks a little crushed. It should not look like that normally. I'm very sure that if the metal could be bent back into shape it would make the PET far easier to open.
