* * * SPECIAL CHRISTMAS SALE * * *RARE VINTAGE SEARS CRAFTSMAN SIX-INCH (6") METAL CUTTING BACK GEARED BENCH LATHE, MODEL NO. 101.07301. Manufactured in the early to mid 50s. Original paint. No broken or missing parts except the original tool post is missing and is not included. This terrific little lathe was kept in the back room of an old hardware store and was not used for many years. All original. Machine was generally cleaned, oiled, and adjusted. Comes wit...h the correct countershaft and a 1/2 HP, 1725 RPM, 115V Westinghouse good running (and quiet) motor with a nice heavy duty cord and switch. Also included is a tailstock dead center and the original thin type lightweight Atlas 3-jaw scroll chuck, part # 5635 (see pic). It still has the original headstock spindle V-belt on it # M6-127A (see pic). Motor to countershaft V-belt is new and included. This great little lathe is in excellentcondition and really runs great.
