If you would like a different fabric, it should be very easy to replace. They are Solid & Firm Condition, Some chips to the finish.Overall a Gorgeous Set of Chairs that you will love having in your home!Measurements: 41 1/2"H x 22" x 22", Seat height is 20 1/2".

All damage items Claims with FedEx, UPS, USPS and Greyhound will require photos of the exterior, interior packing, photos of the shipping label showing the tracking number and photos of the damaged item.
