VINTAGE TV - 7/U Tube Tester

TV-7/UTube Tester Forsale is a very nice TV-7/UTube Tester. Allsockets have been cleaned and are tight. All wires in very goodcondition with no cracks in insulation. There is some dents in thecase, but overall in good condition, has been re-painted. The caps and power cord havebeen replaced. The tester in great working condition. The 83 tube hasbeen replace with a solid state 83. Some out of spec. carbonresistors have been replaced. Four potentiometers have been added tomake calibratio...n easier. This tester now has 4 calibrationpotentiometers, similar to ones found in a TV-B/U. The picture showsa 6L6 tube being tested. One picture shows the repair/calibration report for the tester. Manual and tube data are provide on a CD.Please look at all pictures before bidding. The tester is Calibrated & ready towork. All voltage measurements were taken with a Fluke 115 or 45 DMMshunted to simulate 1, 000 ohms/volt meter sensitivity. House voltage is 120VAC. You must use the same method ofshipping as I did.  I no longer give partial refunds for shipping damageas I have had several customers request partial credit claiming shipping damagewho have then provided me with photos of another item, not the one Isold.  You must return the item to me for refund. Do not demand a refundwithout returning the item. This goes against Ebay policy and I will reportyou.If I send you the wrongitem by mistake please let me know.You should let me know and return the item. I will pay for returnshipping as long the item shipped the same method as I shipped the item and theitem is received in the same condition as I sent it. Once I receive the itemback, I will give you a full refund or send you the correct item.If you bid on an item bymistake I can cancel the bid.If you should change your mind or were not clear on what you bidon I will cancel bid if you let me know before the end of the auction.   Should you change yourmind after receiving an item I've no problem withyou returning it.I want everyone who purchases from me to be a happy. However, in this one case, I do require that you pay the return costs.I sell and I ship todomestic, US based addresses. I will ship some items internationally using the Global ShippingProgram only to eligible countries.
