ARRIFLEX Model 16S 16mm Motion Picture Camera. This is my first time selling anything on ebay. I am a retired Creative Director who was fortunate enough to produce and direct a number of first-rate commercials during the ‘90s. I purchased this Arriflex 16S during that period and used it on several shoots. It was in perfect condition and it’s been in its metal case in a climate-controlled space and has not been used for the last 25 years. I’m not an expert camerama...n but when evaluating this camera and lens kit, it’s in near mint or excellent condition in my opinion. Please refer to the photos. There is minimal wear and tear on the body. The tripod plate/screw mount shows minor wear as does the interior body housing. Even the battery cable is pristine. This camera is all original with low mileage and as I’ve said it’s been unused for the last 25 years. It’s time for me to let it go and hopefully it will find a home with someone who will put it to work making the next great movie.
