This listing is for a stunning 1958 Madame Alexander CISSETTE Bridesmaid #852. Cissette is a gorgeous redhead with all original bright facial coloring. Her body has no splits, stains, or other imperfections. Cissette is wearing a simply gorgeous gown which can be seen on p. 58 of Merod's book "Cissette". It is described as being very delicate and can be easily damage. This dress shows no imperfections that I can find. Some flowers are painted and others, with rhinestone cen...ters, are appliqued to the delicate tulle. The bodice of white taffeta is covered with tulle net. The underskirt is organdy and attached to the skirt. She also wears an ivory taffeta half-slip with white taffeta panties. Her silver heels have lost a little stretch and have a clear elastic helping to hold them on. The hat is so beautiful. It is a big white picture hat with pink flowers and a green velvet ribbon. Completing the look are pearl earrings and necklace. Truly a beautiful Cissette to add to any vintage collection!Please take a look at all my other listings this week.
